1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the following six iOS applications (collectively "the Apps"):

2. Data We Collect

Each app stores data locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to our servers.

Kacha (Smart Home Management)

• Smart lock and lighting device information (device name, type, status)
• Vacation rental property information (name, address, reservations)
• E2E encrypted share data (guest access information)

Pasha (Expense Management)

• Receipt and invoice photos
• Transaction records (date, amount, vendor, account category, notes)
• Location at the time of capture (only if you grant permission)
• Audit logs (chain hashes for bookkeeping compliance)

Charin (Income Management)

• Invoice and payment records (client name, amount, date, payment status)
• Generated invoice data

Pon (Contract Management)

• Contract details (name, amount, period, client)
• Contract PDFs and images
• Data written to NFC tags (only contract information you explicitly choose to write)

Poi (Flea Market)

• Item photos
• Product information (title, description, category, price)
• Listing and sales history

Sakutsu (Tax Filing)

• Income and expense data (including data imported from sister apps)
• Tax return input data
• e-Tax XML files (generated and stored locally on your device)

3. Data Storage

All data is stored exclusively on your iPhone. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, Apple may create an encrypted backup via their services (Apple's Privacy Policy applies). We do not transmit your data to our servers or any cloud service.

4. Camera & Photo Library Access

The Apps may request access to your camera and photo library for the following purposes only:

• Camera: Used solely to photograph receipts, invoices, products, and documents. Images are saved on your device.
• Photo Library: Used solely to import existing photos of receipts or items.

You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

5. NFC (Near Field Communication)

Pon (Contract Management) may use NFC to read from and write to NFC tags.

• NFC is used solely to record and retrieve contract information on a physical NFC tag
• NFC communication is local between your device and the tag — it does not use the internet
• No data is transmitted to third parties via NFC

6. My Number Card (Individual Number Card)

Sakutsu (Tax Filing) may use your My Number Card (Individual Number Card) for e-Tax submission.

• The card is used solely for identity verification and digital signature purposes
• Your Individual Number (My Number) and card credentials are never transmitted to or stored on our servers
• Card reading is performed through iOS security frameworks; only encrypted signature data is passed to the app

7. Optional Cloud AI Feature

Pasha offers an optional "Cloud AI Analysis" mode. This feature is disabled by default.

• Only when enabled, receipt images are sent to our AI server (chatweb.ai) for analysis
• Transmitted images are deleted immediately after processing and are not stored on our server
• This feature can be disabled at any time in the app's Settings
• If you do not enable this feature, no images leave your device

8. Subscriptions

Some of the Apps offer a subscription (Pro plan) through the App Store.

• All billing and payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store
• We never receive your credit card or payment information
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• You may continue to use Pro features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

9. Sharing with Third Parties

We never sell, share, or provide your data to third parties.

We will not disclose your information without your consent except:

• When required by law (e.g., court orders or law enforcement requests)
• When you explicitly export or share data through an in-app action

10. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking

The Apps do not use any of the following:

• Analytics services (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Advertising SDKs (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.)
• Cross-app tracking
• Third-party cookies or device fingerprinting

We will never prompt you with an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request.

11. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.

12. Data Deletion

All data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all local data. We do not retain any of your data on our servers.

13. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will notify you via an app update or by posting changes on this page. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
