本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Yuki Hamada / Enabler（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「パシャ」「チャリン」「ポン」「ポイッ」「サクッ」（以下総称して「本アプリ群」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリ群をダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、本アプリ群の利用に関するお客様（以下「ユーザー」）と当社との間のすべての関係に適用されます。

第2条（利用資格）

• 本アプリ群は13歳以上の方を対象としています
• 未成年者は保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください
• 日本国内外から利用可能ですが、各国の法令に従った利用をお願いします

第3条（アカウント・登録不要）

本アプリ群はアカウント登録なしで利用できます。データはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

第4条（サブスクリプション）

本アプリ群の一部は、App Store経由の有料サブスクリプション（Proプラン）を提供しています。

• 料金はApp Store上に表示された金額（税込）です
• サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。更新停止は次回更新日の24時間前までに行ってください
• 管理・解約はiOS設定の「サブスクリプション」から行えます
• 無料トライアル期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません
• 返金はApple Inc.の払い戻しポリシーに従います
• Proプランの機能はサブスクリプション有効期間中にのみ利用できます

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 本アプリ群のリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改ざん
• 不正アクセスまたはセキュリティ侵害の試み
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 虚偽の申告書類や不正な税務申告への利用
• 法令または公序良俗に反する目的での使用

第6条（免責事項）

• 本アプリ群は現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。無中断・無障害での動作を保証するものではありません
• アプリの利用によって生じたデータの損失、機会損失、間接的損害について、当社は責任を負いません
• アプリのアップデート・仕様変更・サービス終了は予告なく行われることがあります
• 第三者サービス（App Store、iCloud、e-Tax等）の可用性について当社は保証しません

第7条（知的財産権）

本アプリ群のソフトウェア、デザイン、ロゴ、コンテンツに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は当社に帰属します。ユーザーが入力・作成したデータの権利はユーザーに帰属します。

第8条（個人情報）

個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第9条（サービスの変更・終了）

当社は本アプリ群の機能追加・変更・一時停止・終了を、ユーザーへ事前通知の上または緊急の場合は通知なしに行うことができます。サービス終了の場合、App Storeでの配信を停止します。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審専属管轄裁判所とします。

第11条（規約の変更）

本規約を変更する場合は、本ページへの掲示またはアプリ内通知によってお知らせします。変更後も本アプリ群を継続して使用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS applications Pasha, Charin, Pon, Poi, and Sakutsu (collectively "the Apps") provided by Yuki Hamada / Enabler ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Apps are intended for users aged 13 and older
• Minors should use the Apps with parental consent
• You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction

2. No Account Required

The Apps do not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions

Some of the Apps offer a paid subscription (Pro plan) through the App Store.

• Prices are displayed in the App Store and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop renewal
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged
• Refunds are subject to Apple Inc.'s refund policy
• Pro features are available only during an active subscription period

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps
• Attempt unauthorized access or security breaches
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
• Use the Apps for fraudulent tax filings or falsified documents
• Use the Apps in violation of applicable laws or public order

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Apps
• We may update, modify, or discontinue the Apps without prior notice
• We do not guarantee the availability of third-party services (App Store, iCloud, e-Tax, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content of the Apps are owned by us. Data you create or input remains your property.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & Termination

We may add, change, suspend, or terminate the Apps with advance notice where possible, or without notice in urgent situations. Upon termination, the Apps will be removed from the App Store.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via this page or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
